This miniature Adirondack Style Fishing Creel is 4″ X 4″ at the base and has a square hole in the lid to slide the fish through. It is handwoven of premium reed, and topped with a wooden lid just like the full sized version. Leather thongs and wooden peg assembly keeps it securely closed. It is available in three stains: golden oak, black walnut and red oak. After staining, lids are finished with multiple coats of polyurethane then wet sanded, waxed and buffed to a smooth lustrous shine. Includes a hand cut leather facsimile strap.
This miniature creel is a perfect decorating accent when placed on a mantel or shelf and filled with a dried flower arrangement, pine cones or other appropriate items.
