This unique toilet paper holder is based on my Traditional Style Fishing Creel. Instead of finishing the pine lid with a hole to drop the fish through, we will cut a slot for the paper to roll through. This is a multi step operation going beyond the weaving of the basket itself. In addition, we will be working in my wood shop to cut, sand and install the lid. I will have the spring loaded roller assembly all ready for you to install in your completed piece. For beginners as well as experienced weavers. Expect to be sanding and cutting in the woodshop. All in all, a longer process but one that will result in a truly unique addition to your bathroom! All necessary tools and materials are provided. Complete instructions for applying a finish to your basket are included.
Approximate time to complete: about 7 hours. Bring a snack or lunch.
